Next Sunday is the first Sunday in Advent. Only four more Sundays until Christmas 🙂

Tonight (Wednesday, November 29) Joe Social Media is presenting at the Bashaw School Gym. This is an opportunity for parents, grandparents and caregivers to learn about the virtual world of Facebook, Twitter, etc… The cost is $5 per household and it starts at 6:30pm. www.joesocialmedia.com

Chocolate Structures! Registration and Payment deadline is December 6. $15 if you bring your own decorations and candy, $30 to have them provided. You can build either a Chocolate House, Candy Store and small sleigh, or a Large Chocolate Sleigh. Construction takes place Monday and Tuesday, December 18 and 19 from 7:00 – 9:00pm. (You need to come both days.) Eating of them takes place shortly afterwards! Register with Donna, or Laurie, or at the Christian School’s office.

Wednesday, December 6 is also the Mirror Library’s Christmas Tea and Bake Sale. 1:00 – 3:30 pm. Talk to Peggy for more details.

The Central Alberta Homeschool Choir is performing December 15 – 17 in Lacombe, Ponoka and Camrose.
