Hello Church Family,

   What does God require in the ninth and tenth commandments?
   Ninth, that we do not lie or deceive, but speak the truth in love. Tenth, that we are content, not envying anyone or resenting what God has given them or us.
The summary of the Law is to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love your neighbour as yourself.Take a few moments to ponder how the prohibition to lie is loving towards your neighbour. What sorts of interactions really bring this truth out?

Women’s Isaiah Bible Study is tomorrow, 10:00am at the church.

Mini Youth Group: Friday, 6:00 – 7:30pm at the church.

General Church Meeting: Wednesday, December 11, 7:30pm. Members and non-members are welcome and encouraged to come.

Ladies’ Christmas Tea: Sunday, December 15, 3:00-4:30pm at the church.

Please let me know if you would to do some carolling on Saturday, December 14. Last year we went to the Community Hall and sang for the people there. Then we went to a couple other spots around town. I’m trying to gauge interest, and the date is approaching soon, so please let me know.
