Hello Church Family,

Have you been able to keep up with our 5-Day New Testament Reading plan? Let me really encourage you to commit to this plan or another Bible Reading plan of your choosing. We really need to know God’s Word so that we can fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission and interact with our culture in a biblical manner.

Speaking of which, there is a training seminar being held in Edmonton on January 31. It is called “Loving our LGBT Neighbours” The church leader training runs from 1:00-4:30pm, and it is open to the general public from 7:00-9:00pm. Would anyone like to join me for that afternoon session? Please let me know. The same training happens in Calgary on February 1. So if you have friends further south you could let them know.

Children’s Church and Nursery Sign Ups: Thank you to everyone who has signed up for this important ministry. There are still some spots available.

This Sunday will be the True Girls Club from 1:00-3:30.

Next Sunday, January 27, will be our Potluck, and then there will be games in the sanctuary. Also, if the weather is good, we will head over to the rink for a hockey game. Bring sticks and skates and helmets 🙂
